About Jessica...
Age: 26
Career:
I have been teaching Ninth Grade English at Lockport Township High School for the past three years. I graduated from Loyola University in 2002 with a B.S. in Social Psychology. After working in human resources for a year, I went back to graduate school at National Louis University, and now have a Masters Degree in Teaching Secondary Level English. I also am a coach for the LTHS Speech Team, and tutor in my free time.
Favorite Things:
Our dog, Schatzi, spending time with our families, curling up and reading, and just having fun together with Thomas. I would dare to say that I’m even beginning to enjoy camping together in the summer.

About Thomas...
Age: 25
Career:
I am currently a Hotel Manager for ExtendedStay Hotels in Lansing, IL. I have been in hospitality for most of my life and have worked abroad in several brand name hotels.
Favorite Things:
I like the outdoors and everything that goes with it. We go camping in the summer and fishing when I feel lucky. I enjoy spending time with family and try and do so as much as I can.
Favorite Memory with Jessica:
Making snow angels together in the first Chicago snow I had ever experienced. Oh yeah and our evening at the Signature Room which will remain up at the top of the list too...
How we met...
Jessica’s side of the story:
Thomas came up to Chicago in September of 2003 in order to visit with our mutual friend, Jane (a fellow Loyola Rambler). We 
hung out all weekend and hit it off pretty well. We communicated through e-mail and instant messenger for a while since he was still living in Atlanta. We started dating in 2004, he moved up to the suburbs that December, and the rest, as they say, is history.
I’m looking forward to the next step in our lives together. If the last three years have been any indication of our future together, we’re going to have a blast! Even our Jack Russell Terrier, Schatzi, is excited to become a Giesel!
Thomas’ side of the story:
It's all true... Jessica caught my attention when I was in Chicago and after that and hundreds of hours online, I decided to move up to Chicago from Atlanta and get to know Jessica better. We have been together ever since and decided to take it a step further.
